Anyone can do a google search and come up with a weight loss diet to follow and here’s the thing – MOST of them work! What we know is for most people if you consume fewer calories than you burn YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT. The problem with so many of these diets is they are not safe, not healthy and not sustainable. You end up gaining the weight back and perhaps doing irreparable harm to your metabolism.

Our program was developed by a registered dietitian with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and a master’s degree in nutrition. She has weeded through the plethora of research on weight loss and developed a safe, healthy, sustainable plan that is evidence based and designed to facilitate permanent change. She and her staff have worked with clients in her private practice to perfect this course for years prior to bringing it to the web to share with the online community.

What else is different?

We take a look not only at WHAT and HOW MUCH you eat but delve into the often overlooked question of WHY you eat in the first place. If you are a stress eater you can follow a diet but unless you address the stress and figure out a better way to handle it you will eventually return to old habits. Are you a member of the clean plate club? Do you feel like you have to eat if offered free food? Anytime you eat when you are not hungry you are giving the body calories it has not asked for and does not need. The result? Weight gain.

We call this a transformation because it will teach you to look at food differently. It will equip you with the skills to say “no thank you” when you are not hungry. When you transform your relationship with food, weight loss will follow.

Your Instructor

Sherri Clarke, MS, RD, LDN is a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s degree in nutrition and a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. After years of being at war with food and her body she transformed her relationship with food the hard way – trial and error. In her online courses she takes that experience and couples it with knowledge gained as a Registered Dietitian in private practice to develop real strategies that enable others to find peace with food and their bodies.

How long do I have access to the course?

This is a course designed to be completed in 42 days from when you sign up, however, we understand that is not possible for everyone. For that reason, you have 4 months to complete the course. After that, access is restricted.
