Sherri Clarke, MS, RD, LDN is a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s degree in nutrition and a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. After years of being at war with food and her body she transformed her relationship with food the hard way – trial and error. In her online courses she takes that experience and couples it with knowledge gained as a Registered Dietitian in private practice to develop real strategies that enable others to find peace with food and their bodies.
