Willpower and Weight Loss: 12 weeks to a new relationship with food and your body

Weight loss is two-fold. First, you have to have an eating plan. Secondly, you have to have the willpower to stick to the eating plan so you can successfully lose weight. This 12 week program is unique in that it addresses both.

Weekly meetings with your coach.
Daily accountability via text or email.

Weeks 1-4 you learn mental skills that set you up for long term success. Learn how to change your bad habits and start thinking of weight loss and healthy eating differently.

Week 5 we implement an eating plan customized for you. We’ve laid the groundwork for you to be able to stick to the plan and know what to do if you happen to get off track.

Weeks 5-12 you are losing weight while continuing to learn more mental skills to change thought patterns and increase willpower by identifying your self-sabotaging thoughts (that inner voice that makes it OK to order the cheeseburger instead of the grilled chicken).

Thoughts like:
I deserve this meal for the terrible week I’ve endured.
I could eat the whole thing but I’ll just have one slice.
I lost 2 lbs this week and I don’t weigh in again for 6 days. I can afford to eat this.
I swear I will start my diet tomorrow.
