  • Weeks 1-4 you learn mental skills that set you up for success. Change bad habits and start thinking of weight loss and healthy eating differently.
  • Week 5 we implement a personalized meal plan that you can adhere to.
  • Weeks 6 and beyond we focus on weight loss and continue to teach you mental skills to change thought patterns and increase willpower by identifying your self-sabotaging thoughts.
  • Available online or in house
