Cancellations: We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please notify your provider directly if you need to cancel or reschedule no less than 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you give 24 hour or greater notice, there is never a penalty.

If you do not show up for an appointment without notifying your provider (telehealth or in-office) there is a $100 no show fee.

We cannot bill your insurance for a missed appointment.

We understand that last minute things happen occasionally and therefore, we allow one late cancel with no penalty. The second time and beyond there is a $75 fee.

Payment: We accept health savings credit cards, Visa, MasterCard and Venmo. Copays, co-insurance and self-payments are due at the time of service.

Insurance: We cannot guarantee payment by your insurance company. As a courtesy, we are happy to contact your insurance company and ask what the expected coverage will be. Insurance companies sometimes give us (and you) misinformation. Insurance companies always state that even if they say a service will be covered, a final decision is not made until the actual claim is submitted and reviewed. You are responsible for any portion of the fee that is not covered by insurance, regardless of what the insurance company or your provider told you.
