Our 6 week intensive program is for anyone who wants to lose weight and change how they think about food and exercise. You’ll receive an eworkbook with daily reading and activities. Topics include:
- Trigger Foods and Events
- Are Carbs Making me Fat?
- Breaking Bad Habits
- How to Handle Temptation
- Eating on the Road
The program includes a session with a certified personal trainer to discuss how much and what type of exercise you should be doing to facilitate weight loss.
You’ll be paired with a Registered Dietitian who will create a customized meal plan for you. Our focus is on helping you make a lifestyle change. A highlight of the program is when a dietitian takes you on a tour at a local grocery store.
The plan also includes 3 meetings with a professional counselor to discuss how you can change thought patterns, motivate yourself, overcome temptation and much more.
